We Relocated the laundry with all new cabinetry Added a main bathroom, Converted the existing bathroom into an ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
We Removed the kitchen, added all new kitchen cabinetry, Ducted air conditioning throughout and the home owners received the home owner building grant $25k

With this addition we added 2 bedrooms and an ensuite and matched the new to existing cladding, fully tiled bathroom floor to ceiling upgrade with a Semi frameless shower screen. Built in wardrobes with sliding mirror doors, Carpet throughout and fully painted and finished.
initially was had some site issues with the footings and ended up using steel screw piles.

This home addition was a challenge. 100 year old home in the heart of Newcastle and the existing bathroom floor had fallen through and completely collapsed.
We demolished part of the existing home which included the laundry, kitchen, bathroom and living space.
We added aprox 100m2 in total of living space including a feature gas fireplace, Period feature kitchen, Fully tiled bathroom with frameless shower screen , European laundry with custom polytech bifold doors, large bedroom & covered alfresco area.
What really makes this home spectacular is the skirting boards & architraves which have been custom made locally, Chair rail moulding & modern feature cornice that showcase the 3.3m high ceilings

We completely renovated this bathroom and laundry, The bathroom had water damage to the particle board flooring so we removed the entire flooring and started from scratch.
We added a Double shower with 2 Full frameless shower screens custom cut to fit floor to ceiling, Neiches and ledge in the shower. We supplied the cabinetry in the laundry, replaced 4 windows and re cladded to match the existing.

This renovation was a big change, we swapped the bathroom and laundry over.
Bathroom - Stripped out the floor and used a compressed FC sheet flooring, We added a double shower with full frameless shower screen wall to wall with a ledge. Built in island bath, wall hung vanity and mirror. Full height wall tiles.
laundry - We kept the shower and moved the toilet and added cabinetry to make this laundry a second bathroom.
